Back in January we were invited into the studio while The Lake Poets worked on their forthcoming single ‘April’. It was great night watching these guys work their magic and some top musicians contributed to the night. We have been working pretty hard this month, we have shot 3 and a 4th to be shot soon. Im hoping in the following weeks to upload stills from all of them, each one is pretty unique in its own way and we’re very happy with the footage we got. For now though all I can show you is a sneaky page from the storyboard. This video will be shot soon. So keep checking back for updates.

This feels like its been a while, last post we made was over Christmas. That doesn’t mean we havent done nothing since, far from it. We have had a couple of projects quietly on the go and March is looking to be a really busy month if all goes to plan.

In February we shot a video for Let’s Away, A sunderland band described as “Subtle yet powerful slices of affecting indie-rock” fronted by Neil Wood with a host of other familiar faces from the north east music scene. Their website has recently gone live over at Lets Away Music and the video should be coming soon. Make sure to add them on facebook and keep your eyes peeled, we should be hearing allot more from them this year. For now here’s a couple of sneaky stills from the night.

About 6 months back we made a video for the band Digits for their single ‘Golden’ Its just been released today, check it out below and let us know your thoughts. If you want to know what happens next in the story get along to their facebook page and let them know!

Last month our video for The Lake Poets was release and did pretty well. It was passed on, shared and re-tweeted all over the place and got, 3,000 plays within three days. Some great comments and we even heard about people shedding a tear which is exactly what the goal was from the start a sad and tragic story.

One other requirement was bad weather, this should have been the easy part especially filming it over the same month as more heavy rain caused floods in newcastle. Due to a larger cast and crew we had to book a date and hope for the best. The bad weather never came when we wanted it but went ahead and filmed it anyway.

If you take a look at a couple of the images below you can get an idea off how much we changed it in post. The before shots and the after shots.

Last month we filmed three music videos, two of the three have since been released and we are currently working on the final at the moment. The band is Digits and the video will be for their track ‘Golden, if you get a chance give them a follow here on their Facebook account. We wont tell you what the video is about just yet but take a look at the screen shots and make up your own conclusions.

We recently worked with the excellent Lake Poets on their new single Rain. Spending two days on the Sunderland coast to tell the heart wrenching story of loss. Thanks to our excellent cast, Graham Wynn, Luke Maddison, Billie Leigh Hogg, Ollie the Dog and our crew. The single will be Released December 3rd on Tiny Lights - Pre-Order the single here. Also on a interesting note, there is no real rain in the video at all. Who’d have thought?

Our Tissue Culture video for Satellites is now online, give it a watch and let us know what you think and give the band a follow. Their EP ‘Saint Waleric’ is now available via Tiny Lights band camp page and is certainly worth picking up.

Our Tissue Culture music video for Satellites is all complete and looks to have great reception from the band and the label. This video should be going live hopefully later today. If you want to take another quick look before its release here is a couple of stills from the final video.

The band loved the idea of using Newbiggin-by-the-Sea as the location for the narrative and it paid off, as the ‘dying seaside town’ helped give an erie feeling to the overall video.
